Civil construction
Most public works are let on an item-rate or percentage basis against a Bill of Quantities. We plan, execute and bill civil works the same way: item by item, measured jointly, and built to drawing and IS code.

- Roads: GSB, WMM, bituminous and CC pavements
- Canal resectioning, lining and canal structures
- Pipeline trenching, bedding, laying and backfilling

How we deliver
- Survey and setting outLevels and alignments are taken jointly before work starts, so measurement has an agreed base.
- Material approvalsSources of cement, steel, aggregates and bricks are approved, with test certificates on file.
- Execution to drawingWork proceeds item by item, with site records, cube tests and field density tests as required.
- Measurement and billingQuantities are recorded in the measurement book and billed against the BOQ in running bills.
